Self-hosted licenses
The self-hosted edition uses the same plans and server limits. The Free license is issued instantly when you register during setup — one installation, one server, one user. Paid licenses carry the same user limits; extra Enterprise users are added to your license key. For Starter, Professional and Enterprise licenses, contact us for a quote.
Questions
How does the trial work?
Paid plans start with a 14-day trial with full access to the plan you chose. Add payment details before it ends to keep going; otherwise your organization moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the period you've paid for.
Who handles payment?
Payments are processed by Stripe. NGINXwatch never sees or stores your card details. Invoices and payment methods are managed from the Billing page in the app.
What if I need more than 20 servers?
Enterprise includes up to 20 servers. Each extra enabled server is $8/month ($86.40/year on annual billing), added to your subscription automatically and prorated. Disable or remove servers and the charge goes back down. Extra admin and operator users beyond 20 work the same way at $5/month each.
How many users can I have?
Plans count the people who can change or control things — admins and operators: Free is a single user, Starter up to 3, Professional up to 10, and Enterprise includes 20, then $5/month ($54/year) for each extra one. Read-only viewers are unlimited from Starter up, so you can share dashboards with your whole team.
